Refund Policy

At a glance

₹199 buys you a personalised credit-card audit delivered within 7 working days of the stated delivery window. If we fail to deliver your audit on time, you receive a full refund on request. If the service is cancelled by the Hosts before delivery, every customer receives a full refund automatically.

1. What ₹199 buys

The ₹199 (or ₹399 after 31 May 2026) is the price of the Card IQ Audit — a personalised credit-card audit and written report. The free Card IQ Quiz on 16 June is a complimentary bonus event and carries no separate fee; it therefore has no separate refund consideration.

2. Refund — service not delivered

If your audit is not delivered to your registered email within 14 working days of the stated delivery date — that is, 7 working days after 16 June 2026 for registrations made before that date, or 7 working days after registration for later registrations — you are entitled to a full refund of the fee paid. Email either host on Instagram or use the Contact page to request the refund. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 working days of verification.

3. Refund — cancellation by the Hosts

If the Hosts cancel the audit service before delivery, every registered customer receives a 100% automatic refund of the fee paid to the original payment method within 14 working days of the cancellation. No claim or paperwork is required in this scenario.

4. What is not eligible for a refund

  • Change of mind after registration, where the audit has already been prepared and delivered. The audit is a bespoke deliverable and cannot be re-sold.
  • Dissatisfaction with the specific card recommended in your audit. The recommendation is an independent analytical opinion based on the cards you self-report; it is not a guarantee of future returns.
  • Inability to attend the bonus quiz on 16 June 2026 for personal reasons. The quiz is a free complimentary event, not the product you paid for — missing it does not entitle you to a refund of the audit fee.
  • Disqualification from the bonus quiz for fraudulent activity, multiple accounts, or automated submissions (see Terms, section 11). Disqualification from the quiz does not affect your audit, which will still be delivered.

5. Duplicate or accidental payments

If a duplicate or accidental payment is identified — same email or phone, two charges within a short window — the duplicate charge will be refunded in full to the original payment method within 7 working days of verification. DM either host on Instagram with both payment references to flag a duplicate charge.

6. Payment processor chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank without first contacting the Hosts, your audit and any bonus vouchers will be cancelled. We strongly encourage you to reach out to the Hosts on Instagram first — most disputes are resolved within 24 hours.

7. How to request an eligible refund

DM either host on Instagram with your registered email and the payment reference. Eligible refunds are processed within 7 to 14 working days to the original payment method. We will confirm by email once the refund is initiated.

8. No stored value, no wallet

The Hosts do not operate a digital wallet or any form of stored-value instrument. The ₹199 is a one-time fee for a specific deliverable service. The Hosts do not store user funds at any point.
