Response time
Most Instagram DMs are answered within 24–48 hours on business days (Monday to Saturday, 10 AM–8 PM IST). Replies outside these hours may take longer.
What to write about
- Registration issues — couldn’t complete payment, didn’t receive the confirmation email, lost the link to submit your card list.
- Refund queries — see our Refund Policy first. If your situation isn’t covered there, DM either host with your registered email and payment reference.
- Bonus quiz day support — quiz link not loading, question display issues, completion confirmation.

Operating model
The Hosts operate independently as content creators and credit card researchers. Card IQ is not affiliated with any bank, card issuer or financial-services platform. There is no physical office or storefront — all support is conducted digitally via Instagram.
What we are not
- Not a bank, NBFC, or any kind of financial institution.
- Not a digital wallet. We do not store user funds or issue any stored-value instrument.

Jurisdiction
Any dispute relating to the Card IQ Audit is governed by the laws of India and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka.
