₹199 buys you a personalised credit-card audit — a written analysis of your wallet and one specific card recommendation, delivered within 7 working days. The Card IQ Quiz on 16 June is a free bonus for every audit customer; Amazon gift vouchers (max ₹10,000 each) are awarded to the top 100 finishers as a thank-you.
1. What you are paying for
The ₹199 fee (₹399 after 31 May 2026) is the price of the Card IQ Audit — a personalised credit-card audit and written report prepared by the Hosts. The audit is the product; the free Card IQ Quiz described in section 4 is a complimentary bonus and carries no separate charge.
2. The Hosts
The Card IQ Audit is co-prepared by Himank Kansal (CardExpress, @cardexpress.in) and Himanshu Agarwal (All Things Credit Card, @allthingscreditcard), collectively “the Hosts”. The Hosts are independent credit-card researchers and writers. They are not affiliated with any bank, card issuer, or financial institution, and they receive no commission or affiliate revenue from card recommendations made in the audit.
3. What the audit includes
- A written analysis of the credit cards you currently hold, based on the card names you submit at registration.
- A specific recommendation of the one card you would most benefit from adding to your wallet, with an estimate of the annual rewards you are likely leaving on the table without it.
- A short summary of category-wise spend optimisation across your existing cards.
- Delivery by email within 7 working days of 16 June 2026 (the close of the bonus-quiz event). For registrations after 16 June 2026, delivery is within 7 working days of registration.
4. Bonus — the Card IQ Quiz
Every audit customer is also invited to the Card IQ Quiz, a free community knowledge event on 16 June 2026 at 9:00 AM IST. The quiz is free to enter and carries no separate fee; it exists as a thank-you and community-engagement event for audit customers.
The quiz consists of 15 multiple-choice credit-card knowledge questions. Final ranking is determined entirely by the number of correct answers, with completion time as the tiebreaker. As a thank-you, the top 100 finishers receive Amazon gift vouchers per the tier structure published on the home page — no single voucher exceeds ₹10,000. Vouchers are a customer-appreciation gesture, not a contest payout, and are delivered to the registered email within 30 days of the event.

5. Skill, not chance (for the bonus quiz)
The bonus quiz is a 100% skill-based knowledge event. There is no element of chance, no random number generation, no drawing of names, no raffle, and no lottery at any stage of the quiz. Voucher allocation depends entirely on the participant’s answers — substantial credit-card knowledge is the dominant factor in scoring. The quiz is therefore not a “lottery”, “prize competition”, or form of “gambling” under Indian law.
6. Eligibility
The Card IQ Audit is available to residents of India aged 18 and above. One registration entitles you to one audit and one entry to the bonus quiz. Multiple registrations from the same participant are not permitted.
7. Payments
Payments are processed by a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. The Hosts never see, store or transmit your card number, CVV, expiry date or net-banking credentials. By paying you agree to the payment processor’s terms in addition to these. The Hosts do not operate any digital wallet, do not store user funds, and do not issue any form of stored-value instrument.
8. Refunds
See our Refund Policy for full details. In summary: a full refund is available if the audit is not delivered within 14 working days of the stated delivery window, or if the audit event is cancelled by the Hosts.
9. Communications
By registering you consent to receive transactional and audit-related communications from the Hosts by email and, where you have provided a number, by WhatsApp and SMS. You may opt out of non-essential communications at any time by replying STOP or DMing either host on Instagram — @cardexpress.in or @allthingscreditcard.
10. Nature of the advice
The personalised audit is an independent, analytical opinion based on the credit-card data you self-report. It is provided for informational and educational purposes only and does not constitute regulated financial, investment, or credit advice within the meaning of any Indian statute or SEBI / RBI regulation.
11. Disqualification
The Hosts reserve the right to disqualify any participant from the bonus quiz for fraudulent activity, multiple accounts, automated submissions, or any conduct that compromises the fairness of the quiz. Disqualification from the quiz does not affect entitlement to the audit, which is the product the participant paid for.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Hosts’ aggregate liability for any claim arising from your purchase of the Card IQ Audit is limited to the fee actually paid by you. The Hosts are not liable for any indirect, consequential or punitive damages.
13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka.
